🛠️ What services do you offer?We provide detailed repair estimates and supplements for interior, exterior, and roofing projects. This includes immersive 360° interior photos and sketches, optional EagleView aerial reports and Hover reports (when available), plus expert assistance navigating insurance claims from start to finish.

💲 How much does it cost?Residential estimates: 1% of the total Replacement Cost Value (RCV), with a $125 minimum EagleView reports: $50 each or $0.15/SF, whichever is higher Hover reports: $100 (when available) Supplemental estimates: 12% of the increased RCV, with a $375 minimum Photo labeling: Up to 10 labels free, then $1 per extra Claim follow-through with carrier: $75 *Expedited handling: $150 per claim*

⏱️ What’s the turnaround time?Standard residential estimates are delivered within 3–5 business days. EagleView reports offer various delivery speeds—including paid 3‑hour express or overnight options, and Hover report timing varies based on their provider.
